How are sitters paid?

We charge your card the day after the booking, hold the funds for 24 hours, then pay the sitter the following Wednesday. Sitters keep their full hourly rate minus a 12% platform fee.

What about overnight bookings?

Sitters who offer overnights set a flat overnight rate (typically $180-$260) covering the hours the kids are asleep. Active hours either side are billed hourly as normal.

Do you charge a public holiday rate?

Sitters set their own public-holiday surcharge, typically 1.5×. You'll see the total clearly before you confirm — no surprises.
